AirComfy Travel Pillow Review

The AirComfy Travel Pillow is unlike any other travel pillow I've ever seen. It's a self-inflating pillow with a unique butterfly design that cradles the arch of the neck while supporting the head to keep it upright. It has a strap on the back to attach to the headrest on a plane or in a car. And instead of a hollow, bouncy interior it contains a soft foam for extra cushioning and a more natural feel.

The pillow inflates easily on it's own by twisting open the valve. It's super quiet and discreet, so it doesn't attract unwanted attention. I love how it's customizable - deflate for a cushier feel, inflate manually beyond the self-inflation level for a more firm pillow. I personally like it deflated a bit so my head is cradled comfortably in the center. It feels really nice and the shape is perfect. The strap is stretchy and can adjust to any headrest, so the pillow doesn't fall or slide around. I had no idea how comfortable a car ride could be! This was so comfortable, even when I wasn't sleeping but just wanted to feel relaxed.

It's also very portable which is great for travel. It weighs only 6.2 ounces and when it's deflated, it rolls up into a bag with a caribiner clip to attach easily to backpacks, purses, etc. It's also small enough to just throw into a carry-on or luggage without taking much room. I cannot wait to use the AirComfy Travel Pillow when I fly to The Netherlands to visit my brother who will be studying abroad this Spring. It will help make the long flight easier.

Plus, the pillow can work as lumbar support too! I found I had to deflate it quite a bit for this to feel comfy but then it was nice and supportive and is the right size for lumbar support.

Overall, the AirComfy Travel Pillow is super comfortable, well-designed, and very portable.
