Konjac Facial Sponges 2-Pack Review & Giveaway

Konjac Sponges are vegan, organic fibers from the konjac plant in east Asia. They are 100% natural hypoallergenic for use on facial skin. Beauty By Earth's 2-Pack of Konjac Sponges comes with a Natural white sponge for dry, sensitive, and combination skin and a Charcoal black sponge for acne-prone or oily skin or weekly deep cleansing. In the black sponge, 1% bamboo charcoal is added which helps draw out impurities and dirt from the skin.

These sponges both provide very gentle exfoliation and balance skin's pH. I like to use the sponges with a facial cleanser. It helps the cleanser lather up a lot more and gets my skin a lot smoother and more clean than just using my hands. And I love how gentle these sponges are - unlike rags or other exfoliating devices. My skin tends to be sensitive, but with konjac sponges, specifically the white one in this pack, my skin looks smooth, clear, and healthy.

Both of these round sponges have hanging strings built into them so they're easy to hang in the shower or bathroom. Just be sure to get them thoroughly wet before using on your face, and then squeeze gently after use and hang dry. The first time you use the sponge, you'll want to soak it in water for a few minutes since the sponges are dry and hard when dry. Once wet, they get soft and expand to twice their size.

Overall, I like this 2-pack because of the different options depending on skin type and that they can be used interchangeably. They are also very thick and sturdy, so I think they'll last a long time.

The charcoal sponge is different from anything I've seen before so I'd like to try that one.
