White Matcha Tea Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
Have you ever heard of matcha tea? If you haven't, it is tea that is stone ground to a fine powder. This process leaves the flavor and health benefits of the tea leaves in-tact. Usually matcha is associated with green tea, but Red Leaf Tea offers white matcha tea which has a purer, more delicate taste.

White Matcha Tea Review The health benefits of white match include:

>  High antioxidant count to kill free radicals in   the blood stream
> Reduces the risk of certain types of cancer
> Decreases fine lines and wrinkles in the skin
> Helps maintain a beautiful complexion
> Promotes relaxation
> Has only 1% caffeine content of coffee
> Only 4 calories per serving

White tea is rare among teas and has a mild flavor. I found that it was light and slightly sweet. For someone who is just getting into drinking tea, it was really smooth and easy to drink. There are several ways to mix matcha (instructions were included from Red Leaf Tea) but I chose to just mix 1/2 teaspoon to hot or cold water and mix. You can also mix it with milk or blend into smoothies, but I liked it just plain and simple.

This white matcha tea from Red Leaf Tea is high grade, unbleached, and has no additives or fillers. It is very pure and has a great taste. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys tea or is looking for something new to try.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
