|TheraPearl Sports Pack|
I received a TheraPearl Sports Pack and it came at the perfect time since my dad just had surgery on his abdomen and was instructed to use ice packs on the area post-surgery. When I handed him the TheraPearl pack, he made a comment about how it was so different than the gel and liquid packs he had been using. The liquid packs he had were pretty much frozen solid and didn't conform at all, and the gel packs didn't seem to be very cold.
He has been using the TheraPearl Sports Pack for a week now and he really likes it, although he did comment that he wished it was bigger. The Sports Pack is meant to be used pre or post workout, for sprains and swelling, or sore muscles and arthritis. For my dad's purposes on his abdomen, the larger TheraPearl Back Wrap would have covered more area, since it is meant for larger areas of the body like the back, midsection, or thigh/quads.
As for me, the Sports Pack works perfectly for shoulder or neck pain relief and I personally wouldn't want anything bigger. I really like that TheraPearl can be used both hot or cold and that it doesn't get too cold or too hot that you can't apply it directly to skin. It stays soft and smooth wherever it's applied and it feels very comfortable.
TheraPearl even offers small packs shaped like cute animals for children called TheraPearl Pals, which would work perfect for all those bumps, bruises, stings, and scrapes that kids get. I would recommend TheraPearl for any household, it's a good item to keep on hand in the freezer for injuries or aches and pains.
