Straight Talk: Low Cost, No-Contract Cell Phone Service

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Straight Talk for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Straight Talk is a service provided by TracFone Wireless Inc., America’s largest no-contract cell phone provider in the U.S., with over 18.8 million subscribers. With Straight Talk, there are no contracts, no surprise bills and no credit checks. Plus they offer great nationwide coverage and excellent reception/connectivity. Finally, Straight Talk only uses trusted phone manufacturers like LG, Motorola, Kyocera, Nokia and Samsung.

The “ALL YOU NEED” plan for $30 a month allows you 1000 minutes, 1000 text or multimedia messages, 30 MB of data transfer for data phones and 411 calls at no additional charge. Check out the mom knows best YouTube video about this plan.

The unlimited plan for $45 a month gives you unlimited talk, text and data Nationwide anytime with calls to 411 at no additional charge. This is an amazing deal and way less than I'm paying now for a limited contract plan! I can't wait until my contract is up and I can switch to Straight Talk unlimited for $45 a month. It will not only save me lots of money each month, but will give me unlimited services so I can get a Smart Phone and not worry about the limits on data that my current provider has. You can even get a better monthly rate by paying for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time.

Aside from no-contract cell phone service, Straight Talk also offers an International Long Distance Service that is a flexible prepaid calling service that enables you to make international calls from your home, cell or office phone at low rates. So you can call a friend that lives in a different country and keep in touch with people around the world.

My favorite part about Straight Talk cell phone service is that you can choose to keep your existing phone number. And I also like that you can refill your account every 30 days or whenever you wish, so you won't have to constantly add "minutes" like the traditional Tracfone but yet you don't need to sign a 2 year contract either. Straight Talk is everything you need in a cell phone!

The only problem is that you have to pay full price for your phone. Most people won't mind, but for someone like me who wants a high priced smartphone, this might not be worth it.
