Pet Head Dog Shampoo Review

Pet Head is a new line of grooming products available "for cool dogs"! Pet Head's line of products include shampoos, creme rinses, and sprays that suit every type of furry situation, as well as some clothing and accessories to finish off your dogs trendy style!

I was given a full-size bottle of Dirty Talk Fruit Fantasy deodorizing shampoo for review, as well as samples of Life's An Itch skin soothing shampoo and So Spoiled conditioning creme rinse. My dog Dotty hadn't gotten a bath all winter since she is so small and is rarely outside in the winter, so her coat was matted and shedding really bad and her skin was itchy and dry. So it was awesome to be able to try out Life's An Itch shampoo and the So Spoiled creme rinse on her right away when I received the samples.

The first thing I noticed about the Pet Head products was that they smelled great! Not only that, but they went on really well into Dotty's coat and lathered up nicely, and I honestly think she almost enjoyed her bath for the first time ever! She seemed to actually feel soothed with the skin soothing shampoo, and after using the Pet Head creme rinse, her coat was so soft, smooth and shiny! It has been a week now and her coat is still soft and her skin is moisturized. I really think that the Life's An Itch shampoo is great for the winter because it relieves skin irritations and dry skin with oatmeal and aloe vera, plus it contains no harsh chemicals or drugs such as cortisteroids as some pet products do. It also would work great in the summer for relieving insect bites.

I had never tried a conditioning creme rinse before like So Spoiled, but I think it's going to become part of Dotty's bath regimen because it really did an awesome job of conditioning and softening her coat. It contains vitamin E and sunflower seed oil to nourish and spoil your pet! I only got samples of this product, but I will be buying a full-size bottle from my local pet store because it worked so well, plus the fact that it's got a low cost of around ten bucks, which is great for Cheapskates like me!

I also tested out the full-size bottle of Dirty Talk deodorizing shampoo on Dotty that I had received from Pet Head, which is so great for neutralizing odors with a gentle formula of baking soda and ordenone. It smells great and left Dotty fresh and clean. It also helps build body and elasticity  to leave the coat looking fuller and luscious.

I definitely approve of Pet Head's line of grooming products and recommend them for any dog owner! All Pet Head ™ formulas are pH adjusted and free of parabens, petroleum derivatives, propylene glycol, sulfate and DEA. Pet Head has a large selection of dog grooming products, including a dry spray shampoo for dogs that don't like getting wet and a quick rinse shampoo, along with many others. Check them out today!

I've never known a dog who doesn't wolf down anything food-related at the drop of a hat. He's clearly a very discerning gentleman!
